My husband and I had a kitchen and bath remodel done in 2022. On Jan. 19, 2023 our small claims suit was heard in Sarasota. We recovered some money due to poor workmanship and multiple repairs needed. Our quartz counters have scratches, the seams are not aligned and much more. The microwave almost fell off of the wall, the electrical outlets were not installed correctly. The tile backsplash was installed incorrectly, plus Sibel never claimed much responsibility. Many more items than I will post here. I also posted this review on Google on their website

Sibel with Southshore Kitchens was referred to us by our interior designer, Jacqueline Paredi, who is fastidious about utilizing the best contractors and subcontractors. She was certainly spot-on in this regard, as the company did a really great job in measuring, removing and installing countertops and backsplash tile. With their precise laser measuring tool, Sibel was able to save us a good amount of money by not having to order two slabs of quartz; fully utilizing the entire slab she ordered!
