We had been having issues with our front office door lock for quite some time and assumed it was just normal wear and tear. Yesterday, the lock finally stopped working, it would just spin upside down, and we couldn't secure the door at all.
We called Sarasota Lock & Key, and Kyle came out to help. To everyone's surprise, the problem wasn't the lock at all. Hornets had actually built a nest inside our metal-framed office door! Even Kyle said he had never seen anything like it.
