First time using this company, I called at 8:15 PM in an absolute panic because I’d lock myself out of my bedroom. Do not think that I’d ever be able to get someone out tonight. However, he told me he would be here in 45 minutes and he actually got here in 20! What a wonderful surprise and literally was into my lock in 10 seconds so I didn’t have to purchase a new Schlage lock

We have used AJ from “In a snap locksmith” in Sarasota a few times within the last 2 years, he is always courteous, professional, and attuned to the customers wants. AJ is very knowledgeable in his field and wants to make sure you as the customer are satisfied with his work before he leaves. We never leave a 5 star review, always leave room or improvement.

My husband & I were in HD looking at locks and very confusedIn a snap walked by and asked if he could helpwe needed our home lock re-programmed he said he would look at it no costwell he came looked and re-programmed at no costcan't asked for better service
