Replaced the relay first and it seems to be working fine for so far. Great service call rate$ and business model. Honest. Didnt try to fix what didnt need to be fixed and would just charge the call rate if that didnt work.

After 2 other guys came purporting to know what was wrong with my dishwasher, they left it in worse shape than in the beginning! Dave responded to my call quickly and was on time, courteous and knew what he was doing! Great price, friendly and knew just what he was doing (as well as what had been done previously. I see someone was unhappy about callback not carrying through, but everyone drops the ball sometime. Based on my experience, I would call a second time. He is worth it. Also, he is an independent contractor, you're not paying for fancy vans and shirts.
