I bought two cabinet doors with glass inserts from them in March 2011. They were to have the holes drilled for the door knobs, but didn't. They were to send someone to the house to complete the job, but claimed that workers were out sick and couldn't come then. I was asked to call upon my return in November, which I did. I was told that I would be put on a list, and when someone was in the area, they would come and drill the holes. After several months of waiting, I attempted to call them but, only got their voice mail. I also sent them an email. They responded to neither. Finally, I contacted the BBB with a complaint.
