Wow Sam is the nicest and most informative person! She was friendly and responsive. I cant wait to come back and try everything there. I did the cold plunge and it was a wonderful experience!
This place is incredible! The atmosphere here is so relaxing and grounding. Sam has created a beautiful space for those to seek healing and recovery. The idea behind these infrared wraps is genius! I love the benefits of a sauna but hate sitting in them for a long time so this just made so much sense to me and the benefits of this wrap are endless. Kamryn is so sweet and helpful as well! These ladies have curated a wonderful place to be and I look forward to my time at purify. Also the cold plunge is so tough but so rewarding and having Kamryn coaching me through it made it so much easier. So much love for this place!
Purify was Amazing!! Very clean and well taken care. I did the cold plunge, i would highly recommend it to anyone dealing with pain/inflammation. The owner is very nice and courteous, she made the experience very smooth. I will definitely be going back.
