My experience with Tom at Providental roofing was a delight, easy, and definitely highly recommended for anyone needing a new roof. Tom took his time and explained the whole process, answered all my questions and just made the whole process seem less from start to finish.Working in the construction service field myself it was a delight to find a company who followed through with what they said they were going to do and do it on time.

We moved into our home 3 years ago, the roof was 13 years old. Hurricane Ian's damage to the roof was extensive. The general contractor sent a “sub-contractor” April 2023 to rebuild our entire roof.October 22, 2023, very heavy rain, dark water marks appeared on laundry room ceiling.October 31, 2023, Aaron Bailey, Vice President of Providential Roofing Sarasota arrived to inspect the damage inside, and inspected every inch of the roof. He sajd a water test was needed to determine exactly where the leak originated.November 2, 2023. Providential Roofing gets 10+ stars. After the hurricane our general contractor sent a bogus sub-contractor to replace our roof. Started leaking. Finally, they contacted a real roofer, Providential Roofing, to replace our roof. Aaron Bailey, VP, Doug Pyne and Tom Molay, Proj. Mgr. are all professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable in roofing and the construction industry. They were timely in their response and the nicest people we have had the privilege of working with. December 18-19th we got a new roof and it is perfect.
