I worked for Chris 6 to 7 years ago and he is by far the best in the business. Supersmart man not only is he excellent in hvacR he is a licensed electrician and good at it he takes care of his people who take good care of his customers.
This is our first experience with Premium Air and they were responsive, and very professional. Unfortunately our ac went out on the Friday of the Memorial weekend holiday and we had to wait for service, but they showed up and quickly fixed the problem on Tuesday. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and he was willing to work around our schedule on Tuesday to make sure we got serviced.
Excellent friendly service!! Every time I call them for my own air conditioner or a customer they always do their best to get their that day or first thing the next. They are always honest and professional. Thank you so much guys!!! Chelie
