Upfront payment, and then can't get them to come back, eventually hired another company to finish. The owner loves to take the payment upfront and then never come back. Everything they did had to be redone by another company. Terrible workmanship and nonexistent customer service. He loves to lien the customers property so he can manipulate you into paying his fantasy upcharges. Don't know how good they are with pools but their drivers are complete jerks on the road! Extremely inconsiderate, as soon as I put my blinker on to change lanes they pulled out from behind me and sped up as to prevent me from changing lanes so they could get in front of me. If they are that rude on the road, I won't even try them as a pool company!
