The first great impression I had just talking over the phone with Oleg who organized the service I needed. He took his time explaining the problem. The technician, Sergey, arrived promptly. He was incredibly professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. Sergey and his young partner were fabulous and took care of all my a/c problems. They had done some extra work with no extra charge. My new AC company! My previous one was sold to a new owner, and all they want to do is sell, sell, sell. Perfect Air came out twice within two days for an emergency and took care of my problems quickly and honestly for a very fair fee. Love dealing with skillful professionals with integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!
