Zach is extremely knowledgeable and always has the best interest of their customers in mind. The crew at Panhandle is professional and leave a home in a better condition than they found it.
Zach and his team at Panhandle are a pleasure to work with. I am a property manager and had extensive water intrusion to my Longboat Key property during Hurricane Ian. Zach had a crew out the very next day to start drying out 27 condo units. They were there for weeks until all work had been completed and the property was restored. I also used Panhandle at my Moms house when she got mold from a leak in her attic. They are professional, courteous, and fast! The customer service cannot be beat.
