Yesterday was one of the hardest days of our lives — we had to say goodbye to our beloved Yoshi, who had been with us for 16 wonderful years. I had made an appointment at Banfield Pet Hospital, where we had been loyal clients for all those years. But the night before, Yoshi was in so much pain that none of us could sleep. His cries were unlike anything we had ever heard from him — heartbreaking, gut-wrenching sounds that tore us apart. When I called Banfield that morning, they could hear him crying in the background, yet still told me they could not see him any earlier than his scheduled appointment at 2:30 p.m.

The clinic is very clean, the staff is friendly and professional.

I have been going here for a few years mostly for nail trims and checkups. Last fall I had a serious health emergency with my cat. The great staff was able to accommodate me during a stressful time and fit me in four times in the course of two weeks. They pretty much saved my cats life. I want to thank everyone at Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic for their work.
