I did a Mayan Abdominal & Womb massage session with Heather & if i could give her 10 stars, I would. I felt so safe & cared for during our session. We did energy work, abdominal massage, breath work, & body massage all in one session! I left feeling really refreshed & encouraged:)
Heather is truly remarkable! I was searching for guidance on my wellness journey to learn myofascial release stretching techniques utilizing yoga therapy after numerous abdominal surgeries.
