I had an excellent experience here. The owner has good energy and felt welcomed the entire visit. I love how there is a salt therapy room catered to youth. They need it just as much, if not more than us adults! My baby has had a deep congested cough for over a week, which has interrupted his nap and sleep time. I wish we found this place earlier because halfway through our session he fell sound asleep and finally relaxed as I held him in the zero gravity chair. I feel the salt took down the inflammation in his bronchial tubes and dried up his cough a bit. I also had sinus pressure that felt relieved by end of session. What a wonderful place! A retreat I didn't know I needed. From the moment I stepped inside, Jesse was warm, welcoming and kind. The infared sauna, red light and salt room were so nurturing and relaxing. Nice touches like chilled essential oil infused towels were magic to your soul! Thank you for creating this holistic spa!
