Modern Air was the third company we contacted to determine the cause of our inoperative AC unit. The first two companies reviewed everything but could not diagnose the problem. Still without air but with invoices over $600.00. After talking with Modern Air they agreed to come out asap to provide another opinion. Rob was here as promised, diagnosed the issue in less than an hour and everything is running smoothly. On time appointment, polite, thorough and a wiz at problem solving.
