Merritt Well & Pump

My well pump went down on a Wednesday afternoon. After spending a night without water for 4 adults and 2 dogs, I knew I needed someone right away. Contacted Merritt at 9 am Thursday, he was at my home by 10:30 am, and the entire replacement was completed by 1pm. New pump, pressure tank, pvc, the works! Sorry, the photo doesn't do it justice as I took it at night after I got home from work. You couldn't even tell he had to tear everything up. Definitely a professional job and I couldn't be happier I contacted them.Services: Pump installation

Monday late afternoon I left several messages on several other well repair companies Voice mail. Merritt called back quickly and even though they thought they couldn't make it until Tuesday they did in fact show up. They made an assessment and fit us in the next day! They replumbed and added a new tank and switches cleaned the aerator and taught me a bit about the workings of the system. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. If you want the job done right, be patient. They are worth waiting for.

Well after 26 years the original inground pump at my home finally decided to quit.I called at 8:10 in the morning and surprisingly enough someone answered the phone!!.Ted was very professional and eager to help and told me he could be at my house within an hour! So I told him my situation and where everything was located because I had to leave for work and could not be there. So he called me within a couple hours to let me know what was wrong that my pump had burned up and gave me a rough estimate on what the total job would end up costing. He Installed a new pump redid the wellhead because it had to be updated with all new wiring and he also repaired some PVC piping...read full review
