Sean Wright, the service manager at the Sarasota office, came to our rescue after a long period of unsuccessful treatments for ants at our home. He has personally provided extensive treatments that had not been done prior, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and has been calling every 1-2 weeks to follow up. He has gone above and beyond and this was reported to his manager, Ashlee Graham who is also excellent. Thank you for all you do in this difficult Florida job!!!!

Massey technician Mark came out for an interior home termite inspection and was very detailed and represented the company in a very professional and service oriented manner. I communicated I haven't received the external perimeter termite bait station inspection. Mark said he would take care of getting that scheduled and promptly delivered as I received a phone call from the office the very next day. The external termite bait station inspector Devente arrived on-time as scheduled. He was a nice young man who explained everything regarding the external home bait station inspection.
