This was our second full-house total renovation. This time around, our experience was actually enjoyable. Brett Markley and his team did an outstanding job for us. For the most part, their subs were excellent - great work ethic and great results. The project involved tearing out all flooring, plumbing and electric cables and rebuilding two bathrooms, as well as moving and removing walls and reconfiguring ceilings.The project grew during the process, as is usual, but Brett and Dan rolled with it and gave us a beautiful new home. Markley Construction did a major Master Bathroom/Master Closet renovation for us. The project was managed by Dan Lane. They did an outstanding job. We were impressed with their innovative ideas, the quality and supervision of the project and their timely and professional communication with us. They delivered the project on time and on budget. Markley managed the complete remodel/reconstruction/renovation of our house on Casey Key. ALL surfaces inside and out were either replaced or resurfaced. Numerous living areas were completely re-purposed with construction finalized in 2018. All tradesmen were of the highest quality and overseen every single step of the way. The results are beyond our wildest dreams and we believe Markley Construction to be the best of the best in the Sarasota area.
