I absolutely love Jim McDonald, they always help me right away, they show up on time always friendly always ready to fix the problem, they are very knowledgeable. And very reasonable prices. I wouldn’t replace them for anything at all.

Based on past experiences it’s hard to find reasons to give a 5 star rating with many service/air conditioning companies but not so with Jim McDonald Air. They installed 2 new hvac systems, new ducts and rebuilt the condensers’ platform. All the workmen and, the initial salesman, were courteous, knowledgeable, proficient and, on time! I highly recommend their services.
Had water leaking from a second unit and needed it to be assessed immediately. Tucker was out in less than a hour and had the problem resolved 30 minutes after that. Outstanding service in a stressful situation for a homeowner.
