We have used Jim McDonald for issues with our A/C, and they do our maintenance. The technicians are always so polite, professional, and knowledgable. They really go above and beyond when it comes to maintenance and take the time to explain everything they are doing. I would highly recommend them for any repair, replacement, or maintenance.

We have been using Jim Mcdonald & Sons to service our condo HVAC unit for over 10 years. Got the whole system replaced this past February. Rocky checked out our system Monday. He installed a surge protector. I was impressed with his work ethic and knowledge. He was also very personable. Very pleased with Jim McDonald and Sons.
