I called McDonalds at 8 in the morning, Daryll showed up at ten, analyzed everything, I signed the contract for the work to be done, and by 6 that evening, everything was complete,: repairing a 9 year old unit, and installation of a new more efficient unit replacing a 21 year old one. Everyone with this company from the person(girl) answering the phone, to Daryll (man), to the two guys installing and fixing, were just outstanding; knowledgable, polite, personable and efficient. This is. without a doubt, one of the best companies, in my nearly 50 years of living in Sarasota, that I have ever dealt with, and I was in the New home construction field all that time. We had a pipe burst at our backflow while I was out of town, leaving my wife and two small children at home without water. McDonald Home Services responded immediately, repaired the issue, and restored our water quickly. They kept me updated throughout the process and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them—especially in a time of need!

I absolutely love Jim McDonald, they always help me right away, they show up on time always friendly always ready to fix the problem, they are very knowledgeable. And very reasonable prices. I wouldn’t replace them for anything at all.
