Husband needed arm on glasses repaired on $200+ frames, creepy looking guy didn't want to hear about it. Been customers for years, NEVER going back. Whatever happened to Tania? She was great!! Update! Tania, the District Manager, reached out to us, listened to our problem and quickly solved it. Thank you so much for all your help!
BAD experience! They say it will take 3 weeks or so to get glasses AFTER you spend time picking frames, (not many in specials). Unusually long compared to everywhere else. Waited patiently with broken glasses for new ones. Kept calling, phones did not go anywhere (as they acknowledged after I went in, in person). Not helpful! Called so many times that I had to go in after 3 weeks to see if they are in because they they couldn't be bothered?! Very unprofessional to not call me and tell me they are in!Get there and tell Tania something is not right at all, feel like puking. "Take them home and you'll get used to them." Repeat x 10. Warning! Choose another Optometrist. I had a horrible experience here, wasted $600, and still don't have glasses. This was my first ever eye exam. I was rushed through and wasn't given any instructions as to what to look for in discovering my prescription. The Dr. just said "which is better, this one or this one" I didn't know what better meant, so I choose the "bigger/more clear one". I went to the Dr because I needed readers, but it was recommended I get progressive lenses so I could leave them on all day. When my prescription came in, I tried on the glasses, and was horrified on how wrong the prescription was. It was awful. I couldn't read an entire computer screen...read full review
