This company came through 100%! Do not waste your time on other companies like I did. I was seeking 32 hours of home care for my Mom with dementia on oxygen, etc 94 years old. The 1st companies promised me all I asked for but delivered nothing. The 1st month only 12 hours, 2nd same, 3rd month 20 hours but no substitutes for when the home aid was out, no nights or weekends ever. They were still not hiring knowing up front that they were short staffed. I never met the owner at any time. My health was seriously declining. I spoke with Dr. Tony on Sunday, he was here Monday, again on Tuesday with the nurse and again on Wednesday so I could meet the home aid prior to her start and to see if it was a good match. He showed up everytime we added a new aid or substitute. Interim filled all the hours within a week or so and the quality and professionalism of his staff was mind blowing compared to the the first two companies I used! The office staff is great, and the whole team really does care about you, your loved one and they take very good care of their staff. The pricing for the quality of home aids is amazing, they are very high level , skilled and professional. They're also great at billing your insurance company, very meticulous with the details. You will not be disappointed! Everything changed for me and I started to live again. Don't try to go it alone!
