Along with many others I'm happy to give five stars for the work David did for us. Our job was simple in the abstract but not so simple to actually do: we needed the four legs on our poster bed shortened to make it easier to get in and out of. This required precision sawing -- by hand -- to make sure that each leg was cleanly cut with no splintering or damage to the legs' appearance. In order to complete the task, David had to construct custom wooden platforms to hold the bed precisely in place while each leg was shortened. Serving the Sarasota/Bradenton area since 2008, David Taiz is a detailed, thorough and incredibly easy contractor to work with. He communicated so effectively, even with a texted ETA on his way for initial work. His specialty is ageing-in-place, as a certified Aging in Place Specialist, through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), his goal is to enable folks to safely, and comfortably stay in their home as long as possible. He can install grab bars, make furniture modifications, install on-grade ramps, provide home cleaning and organization, and other services that do not require permitting. For us it was replacing the weather stripping at the bottom of our 8 foot steel entry door, which needed to be removed to access the 5 screws holding the old weather stripping in place. He used plastic sheeting to close our entry while carefully placing our door on carpeted sawhorses. He then spent some time unpacking, setting up (wheels, handles), adding oil and gas and operating our new 13000w generator. Neat, clean and a pleasure to work with. Reasoanable hourly rate to boot. Highly recommedned!

The name of the business — “Integrity” — says it all! I could not have been more pleased with the conscientiousness, quality of work and trustworthiness of owner David Taiz. I was 1200 miles away while he was doing considerable work (prep and painting walls and casework, drywall, floor tile) in my condo in Sarasota, and David kept me informed via photos throughout. He exercised good judgment and provided excellent value for every dollar spent on the work he did, which was completed on time.
