IC Renovations performed a remodel of our guest house last year which included work throughout every room to improve traffic flow, design elements, and defects in the original structure. The house has been transformed from dark and cramped to light and airy, with a remodeled kitchen and bath, Italian tile and laminate floors, new doors and trim and a host of other changes and upgrades. IC Renovation are professional, very detail oriented and provide a high level of quality work. They will minimize the impact of the works on the rest of your house by proper shielding and frequent vacuuming. They are not the cheapest around but you get what you paid for. We used them for some remodelling and install of a wine fridge. To install the fridge they had to create a niche by taking space out of two adjacent closets. The outcome is very nice. We will use them again.

We recent did a total renovation of our condominium. After interviewing multiple companies, we chose IC construction. We were not disappointed. Igor did an amazing job, ran right on time, and has exquisite taste/ recommendations. He is easy to work with and we will definitely use IC construction for our next project
