We recently purchased a home in University Park and Jim & Sandra were recommended by our realtor for our home inspection. The work done was timely and very thorough with the report being delivered the same day with all the needs defined. After the checklist was completed by the various contractors Jim returned to ensure the work was done properly. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone, it was very reassuring working with someone where we developed an immediate level of trust. Such a great experience in a very stressful environment when it comes to buying a home. Sandra is fantastic explaining everything and making sure we know they are happy shred crazy. Father and son were a delight to be around while they did the inspection and were just so nice explaining a few things . Overall awesome.!!
