She gave her a COVID and Susan had great knowledge of the surrounding urgent care facilities. We thought we would need night time only coverage but a curve ball was thrown my way and we ended up needing daytime too. Susan got me through the week! I had the same two aides all week and they were just as kind and helpful as they could be. I would always recommend this company.“
