Had a wonderful experience with Miss Heather thanks to a trusting referral - I am from NYC - moved here two years ago and have waited this long to cut my butt length hair to a sheik shoulder length bob. I am super ecstatic about the new look and the precise cut. She’s got a great hand and we had a pleasant conversation. Highly recommend Heather and the adorable salon.
For the seventy-plus years of my existence I have struggled with haircuts. The seventies were great because long hair was in fashion. However, as I climbed the job ladder, I found that having a decent haircut was essential. And, as I started to age I became convinced that cooling my hair would stave off Old Man Time. So finding a decent stylist was important to me. Many years ago one of my trusted friends introduced me to Guillermo when I lost my regular stylist. At the time I need hair color and Guillermo seemed very knowledgeable. Now, years later, I have dropped the colorizing, but still need a decent cut. Guillermo has always been there. For years he provided the expertise I needed to try to maintain my youth. Now, keeping my hair color at my age only looks silly and it only takes a few minutes for a cut, but each and every time he gives me the kind of services I need. I would never hesitate to recommend Guillermo to every woman or man. He knows colorizing. In fact, a number of my friends use him and he makes the color work despite their age. Beyond that, he is an expert stylist, so if you are looking for a wonderful cut, Guillermo is your man. (Someone complained that Guillermo constantly chided them for their "long hair." He does the same to me. I've always interpreted it as a marketing tool. What he is saying is that he wants me to come in more often so he makes more money. I never listen to him, but do not criticize him for trying.)
I have been going to the salon and Guillermo for several years and I've had nothing but great experiences. I have really really fine hair that is thinning and he does an excellent cut.
