The 2 gentlemen from Grout Brothers worked wonders on the expansive tile floors. They truly look new. Their work ethic and attention to detail were impressive. We will be using them, again.
Grout Brothers did a deep clean and color seal on all of the tiled floor in my home. They did a GREAT job - it looks like the day I moved into the newly constructed home about 18 years ago! The technicians arrived right on time, explained what they were going to do and got busy! The company was very responsive to my scheduling needs and very responsive to any messages, texts that I sent. I felt the price was very fair and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone looking for this service - in fact, I already have done so!
Crew was prompt, efficient and very respectful of the interior of the house while working. Regarding the finished job - the imprint of the area rug mats was still visible on the tiles after the cleaning was done. Rather than waiting to have someone come back and address this issue, we took a scrubby pad and hot water and scrubbed those areas. The imprint was removed and our rugs and furniture could be put back in place. Had we called Grout Brothers about this, we're certain they would have returned and addressed the issue, we just didn't want to have the house in disarray any longer. Overall the floors look great now and we're pleased with the work.
