Greenscape company had the contract to maintain all lawns and common areas for Coral Lakes gated community (My Home)in Cape Coral. In my opinion they did a very good job. The workers were on the premises nearly every day and the supervisor was very responsive to my requests. The daily workers seemed to take pride in their work and took time to do their job well. The common area and lawns looked very nice with a few exceptions caused by mother nature. Unfortunately, the new HOA committee did not renew their contract over a year ago and the new company, Bright View is very bad. I highly recommend Greenscape for small or large landscaping maintenance.

My property was in desperate need of help, my lawn was non-existent and was pretty much a sand pile. Huge kudos to Andrew "Drew" Semanson for having the patience with me and knowledge to design the most spectacular lawn and to create flower beds around palms and oak trees. He came to my home several times after changing my mind or thinking of something different. Drew has the patience of a saint!Victor managed the job and crew and Jerry, Carlos, Servino (? Spelling) worked tirelessly to bring it all to life! They were very professional and answered questions while I looked on. I had a very good experience with these folks. My project was not very big , so I was concerned about price and service in today's times. I also like to find landscapers with design professionals on board or available. Andrew "Drew" Semanson, did the design, came out and went thru details personally and gave us an actual drawing to approve and discuss. We really liked Drew. The installation was great, as Juan, Jerry, Carlos etc. knew what they were doing, always wanted a happy customer and would listen to what I might ask or comment on. Pricing was competitive and within the limits of cost I laid out initially. I will be using them again.Services: Stone landscaping
