A lovely woman from the office called me within 1 minute and was able to get someone out same day. Sijil Thomas was our technician. He was prompt, thorough, professional and friendly. Green Cooling Solutions are awesome! We called for service, they answered promptly, followed up with e-mail confirmation and showed up on time as scheduled. Kyle, our technician did a thorough check up, explained the good, the bad and the ugly and gave us assurances regarding our current system. He was very informative and pleasant! I couldn't be happier with their service! Always prompt and they keep you informed as they're working. They have installed a whole new unit for me and are doing annual maintenance on the other three. Don't hesitate to hire these folks to do a big job or a small one. Doug Payne was the technician who did troubleshooting today and he is extremely knowledgeable and super polite and friendly.
