I've had questionable experiences in the past, but today was good. It's not a busy store, so you generally get in and out quickly. I'm hoping they are trying to up their customer service and this will be the new norm.
Superb experience today. Came in to purchase some wire connectors and and electrical tape and the man taking care of me was patient enough to answer other questions I had about other tools I wanted to see about ordering. Will definitely be back
have used then 20 times or so in last couple years. Granted, their Customer service is not great. I've had to wander into storage area to get a clerk to checkout. But i don't rely on them for information. I do my own research, order on line and pickup when i get notice. For me they r a convenient place where i can order something, then pick it up. Right now I'll be ordering a submersible well pump.
