I was having issues with my computer antivirus program and with my computer's printer. Brian from Geek Squad came out and was very professional. Very courteous and knowledgeable and felt relaxed having him in my home. Did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't need or upgrading to newer systems. Highly recommend.

Sergey T in Car Audio comes highly recommended. I brought my truck in for a diagnosis of a radio that would not turn on after my battery died.He rewired the harness and offered suggestions on full screen options I am considering. At no charge!We have booked an appointment for install and felt very comfortable with the process.That's how you make customers! Good job Sergey.

What an outstanding experience at Geek Squad! We had an urgent computer repair issue and needed help immediately. With great trepidation we called several very unhelpful computer repair shops before we found a nearby Geek Squad. That is where we met the most affable and patient specialist named Matt. Thank you Matt! He immediately made several helpful suggestions and took care of our computer problems! We absolutely loved Matt and he even laughed at my poor dad jokes. Also It was super easy to make an appointment on the phone and to change it at the last minute after an unplanned baby meltdown (aren't they all unplanned though ). We highly recommend Geek Squad. Ask for Matt!
