Don't rent from them if you ever want your deposit back I am not normally a renter and I found myself having to rent a house while my house was under construction I rented a $850,000 house for $4,000 a month it was dirty when I moved in I had to pay to have the carpets cleaned I couldn't look at the house beforehand because it was occupied and only rented sight unseen. I had to pay to have the carpets cleaned and I had to pay to have the back patio power wash because it was filthy when I moved in. Today I find out they're keeping $900 out of my deposit for cleaning the carpet. This is an absolute scam.
