Hobbled into Fitness Quest late December 2023 after months of severe pain in my hip, knee and ankle. My PT Barbara Silbey assessed me in a private room and all of our sessions were private, one on one. Barbara was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and kind. We talked about lifestyle changes, realistic goals and over the course of several weeks she developed a PT routine that I now do at home. Barbara provided print-outs of all exercises and worked with me when modification were needed based on my physical limitations.
