I’ve been coming to Sheila for about 8 months now. I love the energy and the attention to detail. I have knee , leg and liver back problems and she has the knowledge and strength to go deep into the muscles to get the to loosen up. Being plagued with pain for the last year and a half in my neck and shoulder, I’ve been desperate for relief.
