Timberly, in a word is, utterly fantastic. Okay, sorry, so that's two words. Both accurate. Incredibly professional, upfront, personable, friendly. Honest work; electrolysis for permanent hair removal is a process and a commitment, not a one-and-done thing. She was realistic and forthcoming about expectations. I am a physician. Patients place their trust in me. And I place my hair removal trust in Timberly.
