2 years ago I had duffys install a new AC unit. They removed a 4 ton unit and replaced it with a 3 ton. My home is over 2100 sq ft. When I questioned them on that the lady said "we don't make that mistake." Now only one side of my house stays cool. When I complained more they sent a sub contractor out and when I said about the unit being to small his response was "well they got ya on that." Would never recommend this company.
This company is very unprofessional. I left a message and no call back. I had an appointment scheduled with them and they called the day of and canceled. They told me to contact another AC company. I do not recommend this company.
Horrible Service and the owners is extremely rude would not recommend. Completely messed up my system had to call another company to fix there mistakes, beware of this shotty company and there half rigged work
