D&W technician Keith provided a thorough and professional service for my A/C problem. Keith was prompt, efficient, courteous, and explained his work throughout, even instructing me how I might handle the issue myself in the future.
I would strongly recommend D&W to anyone needing A/C service.
Awesome 5star experience from the time I called Theresa for service and within 30 mins Garth showed up and fixed our water line issue and showed me many at home fixes to avoid our problem in the future. Garth “walks on water” and Theresa is the “salt of the earth”. Thx everyone ?
We realized at 5:15 pm on a Monday that our a/c wasn’t working. We called D&W and a technician was here within an hour. After the diagnosis the technician made a call and by 9:30am Tuesday Randy and Keith were here installing a new unit. They were professional super knowledgeable and friendly. We have used D&W for the past 7 years and have always been extremely happy with their service. We highly recommend D&W
