They made an appointment to do an estimate with my elderly mom this morning, then 15 minutes after their scheduled time, despite having my mom's contact info, and a request that they call her if they would be late, they texted me with some BS lame excuse and told me to go with a competitor. VERY LAME, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Take your business elsewhere. Who needs another company who cannot even keep an appointment or have the decency to call BEFORE they are already late. BOO!

Pamela has just completed a deep cleaning on our "new to us" home. She and her team did a wonderful detailed job! I'm thrilled because now I don't have to do this myself and can focus on the decorating! We originally were going to move in later this year but decided to come down this summer for a couple weeks to get it ready. Pamela responded to my request promptly, and came over the next day and performed a walthrough and gave us an estimate, estimate. The final cost was within the estimated range. I hired Pamela and CleanTime to clean my home, and was extremely pleased with her service. She first came to my home to give an estimate and she was very organized and prompt. The estimate matched to what the actual charges were. Pamela's staff who do my cleaning are tidy, on time, and thorough. My home smells and looks clean when ever they are done.
