I don’t give reviews to often, but wanted to make sure to leave highest reviews here.

For the last two years I have been dealing with sciatica on and off. Have had back issues in the past as well.

In general, I was doing a stretching routine and acupressure mat that would make my back pain better and even go away (they help a lot). This did not include stretching my left hamstring because that made the pain come back. With that said, anytime I started doing something more active or sports the pain would come back (sometimes randomly come back). I thought strengthening my back would be the next step. I tried doing bird dogs, glute bridges, clamshells, abs and other exercises but the pain would keep coming back and my back would even lock up. I felt stuck, and saw a few different specialists in the area. Somethings were giving me temporary relief but the pain would come back the same way. Everything that helped seemed like it was more about managing pain vs. getting better.

After a while, I spent some time really researching who could help me in the area. I had been to a crack and go chiropractor with great reviews from the public in the past (where you show up and they crack you and everyone probably the same way and your gone in two minutes), and I was looking for a different approach since that didn’t help nor did the typical PT strength exercises help. I understand that just as with everything there are good specialists and bad ones.

I decided to give Dr. Bogacz a shot because of his comprehensive approach. He has a digital x-ray at his office, uses the prosoft 360 for adjustments, decompression table, and teaches foundation training for flexibility, strength, and improved posture/alignment. I was always impressed with his knowledge, understanding, and ability to diagnose the root cause.

I had a high bar expectation, and Dr. Bogacz absolutely exceeded it. Back to playing sports with no pain! He is by far the best lower back specialists I am aware of in the area. Would highly recommend.“
