We just rented an expensive beach-front property on Leach’s Key. Much to our dismay the home was infested by rats...16 inchers, nose to tail! Fred’s prompt first visit left us with excellent, customized traps, an overview of what to expect and he spent two visits closing up possible entry points . Over the next week we got 11 which put an end to our nightmare. Once satisfied there were no more in the house, he came and placed poisoned bait stations around the property to cull the population. Carr Pest has been servicing our lawn, shrubs and hedges with fertilizer and pest controls for years. They also maintain pest control for the interior of the house . The owner of CARR Pest, Fred Carr is an outstanding individual. He is personally involved in ensuring that all work is performed professionally and thoroughly. If we are concerned with anything, such as a minute bug infestation in the house, Fred is notified wherein he personally shows up quickly to resolve the problem.
