Used them to clean two leather jackets that were so dirty I wasn't sure they'd be able to do anything for them. Both jackets came back so wonderful that I was no longer embarrassed to wear them, even on the motorcycle. Also, there was an error on pickup and they charged me for cleaning something I had not requested. When I called, they were very apologetic and immediately made a refund. Really, really like the service and attitude of everyone I deal with!
