Our A/C went down talked with Darell who came out at around 8.30 in the morning to assess the situation, because of the age of the unit and no longer under warranty it was decided to install a new unit which was installed that afternoon and by 8.30pm we had A/C.

KC was here for the annual maintenance. Was both personable and professional, and answered all of my mother's questions and concerns thoroughly. He'll be back to install a UV lamp and surge suppressor tomorrow.

They were prompt and professional. Scott explained what would work best for my situation since my heat was not working at all and my AC unit was quite old, even came back the same day to install my new unit. They stayed until after dark to finish the job and they were correct about how much better my air flow would be. I am very grateful for the great service from Budget AC. Thanks again
