1st time doing hot yoga, 2nd time ever doing yoga... I can't wait to go back! Loved the atmosphere, Kelly was amazing and even though I wasn't 100% on the poses and stretches, I never felt out of place. Comfortable space - definitely recommend!!

Love this place! Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Today was the third time I’ve had class with the instructor Melissa and she’s always great. She gives great instruction which is nice for someone new to yoga like myself.

The HAMSA HAND… the symbol for Protection, Power, and Strength… this is me after a hot yoga class at Body Heat with Kelly Prince. I have been practicing with Kelly for 16 years with breaks in between for various reasons but every time I return it is life changing. Hot yoga has quite literally saved and shifted my life Emotionally, Mentally, and Physically. When I leave for a period of time and come back the shift is immediate. The positives are endless and I am grateful to have found something I so dearly love and enjoy!! Thank you Kelly and all of the over the top instructors at Body Heat Yoga…❤️❤️❤️❤️
