Integrity!! My plumber, Paul, hit a few bumps in the road while making sure I got my hot water back, but he was honest and helpful the entire time. As a company, Bill the Plumber, Inc. made sure they did everything necessary to get my hot water back quickly, and cost-effectively. We had a great experience using Bill the Plumber for a leak detection/correction. We were told by the gas company that we had a leak and to get it checked out before they would turn it on. Our technician, Steve, was prompt in his arrival and very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to double test the pressure, go around checking every outlet and even showed us how to properly use the gas heater we recently had installed.
