Pedro was very professional, came in & greeted us, and got to work. I gave him some history of our problem, and after doing a complete examination of our attic area, found the issue causing the problem. Looking forward to him coming back to finish the job!!! He is an asset to the company!!! Never before had we had a Teck go up into out attic space to find the real problem.. Thank you Pedro!!!

We had another great experience with Arctic Air and their lead technician Justin Dimon. They are consistently prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, making it easy for us to make the best decisions for our home. Big thanks to the entire crew that installed our new, state of the art, heat pump AC unit!!
