Horrible.Called to get a price on Solna Bianco tile 1400sf. From Olympia Tile, which they are shown as the dealer to purchase it from online.Guy was totally unhelpful and responded "you gonna needda gimmme more dan dat". Then finally said "att ain't oars". Amazing lack of basic professionalism and seemed as if my call was a huge bother to them.It's from Olympia Tileright here at:olympiatile.com/product/…and they are shown as the FL dealer for them right on their dealers page online. Don't waste your time with this place.Update: HILARIOUS! The tile is shown right on THEIR OWN website at:alphatile.com/solnaand they don't even know it, and can't be bothered to check, totally unbelievable.

These guys are great. We have been to Alpha for different re models and they are great. Looking again and they are the first place we will go. We always work with Mike. Thanks Alpha for the great service, product and price.

The service was horrible. There was no prices on items. I think I annoyed the lady when I asked her to get me a price, but they have a GREAT show room and some really nice tile and wood.
