Outstanding service. The medical assistant, Kristina, was particularly kind and supportive and made me feel very well-cared for. The waiting room was extremely full and both Kristina and Dr. Mara gave their complete attention to me and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. What a wonderful clinic! Today I called to get a copy of my XRay.(Erin)the supervisor answered and was so polite with great customer service skills.She went over and above to check the old system without just saying we do not have it.I think people like her should be in places like this even in a busy environment with patients waiting inside.I was a patient on the phone and nothing changed her reaction for trying to help me.Thanks the ❤ goes a long way especially when u are treated with respect.Keep up the great work..Just kindness and being helpful means alot.
