My experience with them has been absolutely wonderful over the last year. Every time they come out, they are punctual and professional. It's super easy to book a maintenance or service call. Their team is incredibly professional and courteous. Ivan was wonderful today but really their entire team has been exceptionally detailed oriented.
We had a great experience with SoWal Air. They came the same night our AC needed attention. I recommend having a maintenance deal with them. We ended up having a new Trane system installed. Everyone from David and Nick to the installers were incredibly professional and highly competent. How many business owners show up to the job and introduce themselves? Not many in my experience. They even came back and touched up drywall scuffs. Call SoWal Air you will not be disappointed.
My first mistake was not calling SoWal heating and cooling first. I called 3 other companies and they all were slow or didn’t answer. SoWal answered immediately and was out within about 45 minutes. They were super friendly, did great honest work and was a fair price. Would definitely recommend them.
